Shrimp And Scallop Sauté - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. shrimp, shells removed
1/2 lb. scallops, cut in half
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. scallions
1/4 c. white wine
1 shallot, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 slices whole-wheat bread, lightly toasted
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Put parsley and scallions in blender.
Blend 3 to 4 seconds until coarsely chopped and remove.
Put bread in blender until coarsely chopped and remove.
Mix scallions, parsley and bread crumbs. Saute shallot and garlic in oil and butter until lightly golden.
Add bread crumb mixture to pan.
Saute 3 to 4 minutes until lightly brown.
Add scallops and shrimp to mixture.
Keep tossing in pan over medium heat until scallops and shrimp are cooked.
Add white wine while shrimp and scallops are cooking. Serves 3 to 4.
