Easter Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. eggs, beaten well
    2 qt. milk
    salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and place in top of double boiler.
    Bring water to a boil. Add milk to egg mixture. Salt to taste. Cook until eggs and milk form a curdled look and only fluid from milk and egg mixture is left.
    Remove from heat and place in a pillow case.
    Allow to drain for about 10 minutes, then squeeze the fluid out and form into a football shape.
    Squeeze this every 20 minutes to insure that no loose liquid stays in the egg mixture.
    When cool, remove from pillow case and store in refrigerator with paper towel as wrapping.
    Makes a football size loaf.
