Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 bottle Certo
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. chopped hot peppers
    food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Bring sugar and vinegar to boil, dissolving sugar.
    Add peppers, bring to boil and boil for 3 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes, add Certo, stirring to thicken.
    Add food coloring.
    Pour into jars, seal and wax.
