Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, drain well
1 tsp. seasoned salt (I use onion salt and a little bit of garlic powder)
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Roll ball or make 2 balls and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
Good on crackers.
