Pecan Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add sugar, meal, vinegar, salt and vanilla; mix. Add beaten eggs.
    Place pecans in pastry and add filling.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0 or until firm.
