Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine cider vinegar and oil in a small bowl.
Place cabbage in a large mixing bowl.
Toss cabbage with vinegar-oil mixture. Blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Toss sour cream mixture with cabbage.
Cool.
