Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) skillet cornbread
    6 to 7 biscuits
    6 boiled eggs, chopped
    3 Tbsp. rubbed sage or more, according to taste
    1 medium onion, chopped
    liquid from stewed or baked turkey*
    2 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    *We stew the wings and giblets from turkey for dressing and bake the turkey.
