Mrs. Williams' Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 lb. chuck roast
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Use a heavy skillet with cover.
Melt margarine.
Place meat in pan.
Pour vinegar over the roast, cover and cook over low heat (250\u00b0).
Keep turning every 15 minutes.
Keep covered.
Do not add water!
Cook until fork-tender, approximately 3 hours.
Can add potatoes the last 45 minutes.
You won't believe it!
