Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 lb. bulk hot sausage
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom
Preparation
    Fry sausage; drain.
    Mix other ingredients together in 2-quart dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
