Barbecue Biscuit Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roll canned biscuits
    salt to taste
    1 onion (optional)
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain fat.
    Add salt and barbecue sauce; simmer gently about 15 minutes.
    Grease 10 muffin cups.
    Place 1 biscuit in each cup, shaping with fingers to fit muffin cup.
    Spoon meat mixture into biscuit cups, filling about 3/4 full.
    Sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
