Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can kernel corn, drained
    1 can creamed corn
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 egg
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 stick (1/2 c.) melted butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except Cheddar cheese.
    Place mixture into casserole dish and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and bake for 10 more minutes.
