Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix, baked and crumbled
    3 large tomatoes, chopped
    2 to 3 large green peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 jar bacon bits
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/3 c. sweet pickle juice
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, pickle relish and pickle juice.
    Stir until well blended.
    In a clear bowl, layer as follows: 1/2 crumbled cornbread, 1/2 tomatoes, 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 onion, 1/2 jar bacon bits and 1/2 dressing.
    Repeat layers and refrigerate overnight before serving.
