Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
4 oz. noodles, cooked or pasta of choice
1/2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook the frozen vegetables, onion and green pepper together. Mix all ingredients and put in a large baking dish. Top with buttered crumbs, if desired.
Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
