Spinach Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 manicotti shells
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    16 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    pepper to taste
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 c. tomato sauce or ready-made spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook manicotti shells; drain and set aside.
    Cook spinach; drain and squeeze out excess liquid.
    Combine spinach, cottage cheese, Parmesan, pepper and garlic.
    Stuff shells and arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan coated with vegetable spray.
    Pour tomato sauce over manicotti.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
