"Frog Eyes"(Fruit Tapioca) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box large pearl tapioca
    4 c. water
    2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry jello
    2 to 3 sliced bananas, sprinkled with lemon juice
    1 pt. sliced strawberries
    2 c. green grapes
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
Preparation
    Put tapioca and water in a 4-quart pan.
    Cover.
    Let soak 3 hours.
    You might have to add more water.
    Cook tapioca and water over low/medium heat (until most of the tapioca is soft and transparent.
    You want some white tapioca).
    Stir constantly.
    Turn off heat.
    Add box of jello.
    Stir well.
    Remove from heat.
    Add fruit and stir.
    Put into clear glass bowl and serve.
