Iron Skillet Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, separated
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 baked 9-inch pie crusts
Preparation
    Melt butter in iron skillet.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and cocoa.
    Add sugar mixture to melted butter.
    Beat egg yolks and add milk and mix well.
    Slowly add this to sugar and butter mixture until mixed well.
    Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Add vanilla and mix well.
    Pour in baked pie shells.
    Beat egg whites and top chocolate mixture.
    Brown in oven.
    Cool before serving.
