Mushroom Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. half and half
    dash of Tabasco
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 lb. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 qt. fresh sliced mushrooms or 2 large cans
    2 cans chopped artichokes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms and artichokes, and stir over medium heat.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Add mushrooms and artichokes last.
    Serve warm with crackers.
