Whole Wheat Cottage Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    4 or 5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. honey
    3/4 c. water
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. oatmeal
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and yeast.
    Heat water, honey, butter and cottage cheese to about 110\u00b0 to 115\u00b0.
    Add eggs and oatmeal; mix with flour and knead.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Punch down; divide in half.
    Place in 2 greased loaf pans; let rise again. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
