Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) thawed, frozen spinach, squeeze dry
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
-
Mix together squeezed dry spinach, chopped green onions, chopped celery, chopped eggs and diced cheese.
Add mayonnaise, salt, vinegar and Tabasco sauce.
Refrigerate several hours after serving.
Serves 6.
Temperature should be cool.
