Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. green onion flakes
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped nuts for coating
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill.
    Make into ball and roll in chopped nuts.
