Peppered Tenderloin - cooking recipe

5 to 6 lb. tenderloin, trimmed
teriyaki sauce
garlic salt
finely ground pepper
Preparation

Purchase tenderloin trimmed, rolled and tied.
The night before, poke holes in tenderloin throughout entire piece with a fork.
Rub in teriyaki sauce, garlic salt and ground pepper.
Wrap in foil.
Store in refrigerator overnight.
Take out 1 hour before time to serve.
Unwrap foil; roll tenderloin in any juice on foil. Cook at 450\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes (rare to well done).
Test with thermometer.
Slice; serve warm or chilled.
