Lazy Day Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

chocolate wafer cookies
1 pt. jar marshmallow cream
1/2 c. milk
4 drops peppermint extract
6 or 7 drops green food coloring
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Line bottom of 9-inch pie plate with chocolate wafer cookies, filling in spaces with pieces.
Line sides with 1/2 cookies.
In bowl, combine marshmallow cream, milk, peppermint extract and food coloring.
Whip until fluffy.
Fold in whipped cream.
Fill cookie crust and freeze 8 hours or overnight.
