Punch Bowl Salad(Serves Approximately 20) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
    1 head cauliflower, chopped fine
    1 red onion, chopped fine
    sugar
    1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pt. salad dressing
Preparation
    Layer as follows:
    lettuce, cauliflower, red onion with sugar and bacon.
    Spread salad dressing on top.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Toss when ready to serve.
