Rouladen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Rouladen (beef)
    1 lg. onion
    6 strips bacon
    3 dill pickles, cut into wedges
    Mustard, dry or wet
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    Tooth picks
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Take Rouladen; lay flat, salt and pepper to taste. Add your strip of bacon in the center from top to bottom. Lay pickles in middle. Cover with onions.
