Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. diced onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 tsp. basil
    2 zucchini, sliced
    1 lb. chopped tomatoes
    2 cans beef bouillon
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 can Northern beans
Preparation
    Slice sausage; brown in oil.
    Add onion, garlic, carrots and basil.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add zucchini, tomatoes, bouillon and cabbage.
    Bring to boil, then simmer for 1 hour.
    Add beans and cook 20 minutes longer.
