Easy Chicken Mushroom Bake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom, celery or chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can drained mushroom stems and pieces
1 envelope dry onion chicken mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Arrange chicken pieces in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
In
a
medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour until tender.
Serve mushroom mixture as gravy.
