Apples In Amaretto Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large red Delicious apple
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. Amaretto

Preparation

Slice apple thin and arrange in medium size baking dish.
Melt butter in microwave.
Add sugar and Amaretto.
Drizzle over apples.
Sprinkle apples with cinnamon, raisins or pecans, if desired.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Spoon sauce over apples and bake additional 10 minutes, until tender.
