Crock-Pot Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh or canned sliced mushrooms
    1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 lb. no sage (very mild) pork sausage (more or less, depending on taste)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced ***
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes, chopped *
    8 oz. tomato sauce **
    12 oz. tomato paste **
    1 beef bouillon cube + 1 c. water or dry red wine, if used to rinse cans
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes or fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt ***
    celery leaves (optional)
Preparation
    *Can use fresh chopped tomatoes, stewed tomatoes or any variation.
    I've even used V-8!
