Sweet Potato Custards - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 large sweet potatoes
    1 large can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. butter (not margarine)
    3 or 4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix and pour into pans.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 until done.
