Lime Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    juice and rind of 2 lemons
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Add sugar, lemon juice and rind to dissolved Jell-O.
    Add milk.
    Place in 2 refrigerator trays.
    Freeze, then beat and return to trays; freeze again.
