Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
    Add beaten eggs, salt, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Put in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 the first 10 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 until done.
