Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together; form into ball.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Roll in chopped parsley.
    Center on plate surrounded by Ritz crackers.
