Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. Blue cheese, softened
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
dash of Tabasco
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine cheeses
in
a bowl, adding garlic and Tabasco, blending until well
mixed.
Chill\t2 to 3 hours.
Form into a ball, rolling the
ball
in
the nuts and then in the parsley. Chill.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
