Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 onion
    1/2 green pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    3 slices bread, trimmed of crusts and barely moistened with water
    Old Bay seasoning
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion, green pepper and celery in 1/2 stick margarine. Beat eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, bread and parsley.
    Season with Old Bay seasoning.
    Combine all ingredients with only a dash of cayenne pepper.
    Fry in margarine with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil added to prevent margarine from browning.
