Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or deer meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can Ranch beans
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme, salt and pepper
    Velveeta cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef; add onions to meat and cook a little longer.
    Drain meat and pour into large pot.
    Add all remaining ingredients (except Velveeta) and cook for about 20 minutes. Serve and top with chunks of Velveeta.
