Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. regular rice
    1 soup can milk
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 chicken, quartered
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle rice over bottom of pan. Heat soups and milk until well blended and pour over rice.
    Put pieces of chicken over rice and sprinkle dry onion soup mix over chicken.
    Seal with foil and bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
