Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter
    2 c. sliced peaches or blackberries (canned peaches may be used, but drain first)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 slices light bread
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Butter casserole.
    Mix peaches or blackberries.
    Mix flour with fruit and place into casserole dish.
    Trim edges from light bread and cut each slice into 4 strips.
    Place lattice fashion over fruit.
    Mix sugar, margarine and egg.
    Pour over fruit and bread slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
