Fat Free Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oat bran
    1/3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. Healthy Choice egg product or 2 egg whites, beaten
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    5 oz. (1/2 jar) All Fruit spread
Preparation
    Mix together milk and fruit spread.
    Add and mix with egg product.
    Mix with dry ingredients.
    Add raisins.
    Pour in muffin tins sprayed with Pam.
    Bake 23 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown and firm to touch.
    Makes 12 muffins.
