Hot Broccoli And Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
4 Tbsp. oleo
1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
4 oz. mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook broccoli in small amount of water, just to thaw; drain. Saute onion in oleo.
Melt cheese in onion mixture.
Stir in mushrooms, soup and broccoli.
Serve hot.
Thin with small amount of milk if necessary.
