Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste or any other favorite seasoning
Preparation
    Roast at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn oven off for 3 hours.
    After 3 hours, turn oven back on at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour (rare) or 10 minutes more for medium rare.
    Do not peek in oven at any time.
    Timing should be exact, otherwise, it will smoke.
