Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. small marshmallows
1/2 tsp. dried sage
Preparation

Drain pineapple and place in shallow casserole.
Combine pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg in small saucepan and cook over medium heat until slightly thickened.
Sprinkle grated cheese, marshmallows and sage over pineapple.
Last, pour sauce over all. Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4.
