Black And Red Peppered Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. dried hot pepper flakes
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail left on)
    juice of 1 lemon
    dry white wine (for flavor, optional)
Preparation
    In heavy skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
    Add peppers and shrimp.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add garlic; cook about 1 minute.
    Add lemon juice.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 6 people as appetizer with crusty bread.
    Serves 2 people as main course.
