Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. unsalted butter
2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sifted flour
1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
4 lg. eggs, at room temperature
2 c. granulated sugar
grated rind of 1 lg. lemon
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation
