Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add sugar and oil; beat eggs and add to the mixture.
Add carrots and blend. Makes 3 layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
