Meat Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 lb. ground beef
    2-1/2 tsp. salt
    4 carrots
    2 medium onions
    3 to 5 potatoes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Stir and brown ground beef and 1-1/2 tsp. of salt.
    Chop course in food grinder or food processor potatoes, carrots and onions and add to browned meat mixture.
    Add 1 tsp. salt, pepper and milk.
    Cover and cook slowly 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Stir occasionally, adding more milk if needed. Continue cooking uncovered about 3 minutes longer or until thick.
