Mint Cream Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, softened
2 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
3 to 4 drops green food coloring
Preparation

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer; gradually add sugar, beating after each addition.
Add milk; beat until spreading consistency.
Stir in peppermint extract and food coloring.
Yields about 2 cups.
