Double Corn Brunch Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    bottled salsa, taco sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce or catsup
Preparation
    In medium saucepan over medium heat, cook onion in oil, stirring occasionally, until tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
