Curried Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. curry powder
1 large onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 large firm tomatoes, peeled and quartered
dash of cayenne
dash of Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat butter, oil, curry powder and sugar. Add the onion and cook until soft. Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Makes approximately 8 servings.
