Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg wide noodles
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese (large curd)
    1 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Boil noodles.
    Beat eggs and add with other ingredients to noodles.
    Place 3 or 4 tablespoons margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan and melt.
    Add kugel mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve warm.
    Excellent with fish or pot roast. Serves 10 to 12.
