Italian Spaghetti Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained (about 3 cups)
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 cup. cottage cheese, drained
    1 lb. ground turkey or beef
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Line 6 giant muffin cups with foil.
    Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
    In a large bowl stir together warm spaghetti and margarine.
    Add Parmesan cheese and eggs.
    Then toss with a fork to combine.
    Divide spaghetti mixture and spoon into bottom of muffin cups forming a nest. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti (about 1 1/2 Tbsp. per muffin).
    Set aside.
